DANKEV Environmental, LLC (DANKEV) is your consulting firm designed primarily to provide cost-effective environmental solutions to local and national clients. Because we are small, Dankev has the flexibility to meet your specific needs in a timely and professional manner with turn-around times typically from days to within 1-2 weeks from authorization. Dankev has conducted and managed over 1000 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for national and regional banks, private investment groups, law firms and, other consult firms representing the same.

Servicing National, Regional, & Local Businesses

Properties investigated include large tract developments, multi-family housing, office parks, strip centers, gas stations/C-Stores, dry cleaners, commercial, manufacturing, and industrial facilities in the Southeast. Phase II Site Investigations (SI) includes subsurface assessments of contaminated soil and/or groundwater, and subsequent determination of the horizontal and vertical extent of contaminants; if needed.
 
Dankev has conducted numerous soil and groundwater assessments associated with Georgia EPD  UST, RCRA, and HSRA Programs, and adheres to high-Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards established by the Region 4 EPA. Projects experience includes the installations of monitoring well networks using hollow stem auger, mud rotary, and direct push technology. Groundwater sampling using low-flow technology, interpreting and spatially relating data; single point hydraulic conductivity testing (slug tests) are just a few of Dankev’s capabilities. Dankev carries $1M General Aggregate, Completed Operations Aggregate, and Each Occurrence. Certificates will be provided upon request.

Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Asbestos in Building Surveys, Vapor Intrusion Assessments, Regulatory Compliance, UST Closures, Assessments / Corrective Action, Brownfields, State Hazardous Waste Sites Assessments / Corrective Action, and Health and Safety Plans. His 25 years of experience
includes quantifying potential environmental liabilities and providing operating budgets for compliance or remedial concerns identified; providing technical support to legal, financial and industrial/corporate clients during transactions; reviewing and interpreting various regulatory actions; and developing and implementing strategic environmental management and compliance programs.
